FFD is undertaking a project to modernize the shelter and will be responsible for all costs pertaining to the project. The project includes removing all the chain link walls and doors in the interior kennel area, removing old cabinetry in the kitchen area and installing new cabinets, removing one 4x5 cinderblock wall between 2 existing kennels, removing old FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) panels and installing larger FRP panels and painting all the interior walls of the Animal Control Center.
