Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 149, Sections 44A to 44J, inclusive, of the Massachusetts General Laws, the City of Westfield, MA, the Awarding Authority, hereinafter referred to as "Owner, will receive sealed bids from responsible and eligible prequalified bidders for the General Contract Contract for the Construction of a New Police Station until 2:00 P.M. local time, Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at the Westfield City Hall, Purchasing Department, Room 101, 59 Court Street Westfield, MA, 01085, at which time they will be publicly opened, read, and registered. Sealed Bids for the prequalified Filed Sub-Contracts designated herein will be received at Westfield City Hall, Purchasing Department, Room 101, 59 Court Street Westfield, MA, 01085 until 2:00 P.M. local time, Wednesday, May 20, 2026. If City Hall is closed due to weather/emergency, the deadline for receipt of bids will be extended until 2:00 P.M. the next business day that City Hall is open. No late, emailed, faxed, or conditional bids will be accepted.
