All bids shall remain in effect for thirty (30) days, Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays excluded, after bid opening. Bid forms may be obtained at the Office of the Director of Public Works, 275 Old Lancaster Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts or via email request to barterd@sudbury.ma.us. The Town of Sudbury acting through the Town Manager, reserves the right to waive any informalities, reject any or all bids, or to accept any total bid or unit price which he deems to be in the best interest of the Town of Sudbury.
