MassHealth is forming a new MassHealth Member Advisory Committee (MAC), which will serve as MassHealth's Beneficiary Advisory Committee in compliance with CMS rule 42 CFR 435.412. The MAC will be made up exclusively of current and former MassHealth members, and their guardians and family caretakers.
