The work of this contract will require a DCAMM Prime General Contractor certified in Electrical. This work will also require DCAMM Filed Sub-Bidders certified in Acoustical Tile Ceilings. The bid process and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 149. The estimated budget for this project is $500,000.00 and the estimated substantial completion date is August 28, 2025. Contract documents may be obtained and/or examined electronically by visiting www.bidnetdirect.com on or after Monday, March 10, 2025. A non-mandatory site visit will be conducted for the benefit of all potential bidders on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, 10:00 AM at 145 Essex Street, New Bedford, MA 02740.
