Bulletin Desc:

EOEA seeks to establish contracts with selected organizations to deliver the EMHOT program model to strengthen the availability and provision of older adult behavioral health services in the home and community throughout the Commonwealth. This RFR replaces all prior EMHOT grantmaking managed by the Massachusetts Councils on Aging (MCOA). If you received EMHOT or EMHOT expansion funding from MCOA in SFY24 or before, you must apply to this RFR to be considered for EMHOT funding in SFY25 and beyond
