Provide an annual service agreement that will test and inspect the entire Audio Visual and Communications System at the DCF Training and Development Center. Contractor will perform testing on the system on a Semi-Annual Basis and be available for on call, in person support within 24 hours. Contractor will also furnish and install, 2 large display monitors, with cameras, sound, video, control, security, and communication systems in two new lobby meeting rooms, complete with all apparatus, equipment, power supplies, wiring, labor, and services necessary to ensure a complete working system.
