DCAMM is seeking replacement for up to 40 unreserved parking spaces for its parking lot located at the Springfield State Office Building (SSOB) while the Building undergoes a construction project. The project is scheduled to begin in January of 2024 and will displace over time portions of or all of the 40-space SSOB lot. DCAMM desires a flexible license agreement with a monthly-per-parking-space fee and the right to vary the number of spaces needed on a month-to-month basis. Parking spaces will be assigned to various state employees working at SSOB.
