Item # 1:   ( 93-15-00-00-0000 )   Starting in FY23, CSC, using nCourt, began hosting a web payment system to collect filing fees. nCourt does the actual collection of fees and deposits them directly to Santander Bank. We are considered the sub merchant to nCourt. In order to be compliant with PCI Security Standards, we must complete, annually, one of the following two self assessment questionnaires: SAQ A: PCI-DSS-v4-0-SAQ-A-r1.pdf (pcisecuritystandards.org) SAQ A-EP: PCI-DSS-v4-0-SAQ-A-EP-r1.pdf (pcisecuritystandards.org) For the FIRST year, we are required to get assistance from a certified vendor in order to fill out the appropriate questionnaire. We are looking to get the assistance and have the appropriate questionnaire completed no later than June 15th.
