The scope of work consists of site setup and preparation, demolition and processing of the concrete shooting range track, in-situ stabilization of lead-impacted soils, excavation, loading and hauling and off-site management of approximately 1,000 cy of soil. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price. Prevailing Wages apply, bids must include a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid. Bids are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than Nov. 30, 2022 at 11:30 am. Bid packages will be available by emailing purchasing@gloucester-ma.gov or at the Purchasing Office beginning Wed., Nov. 9, 2022.
