The Town of Nantucket, by and through the Nantucket Historical Commission, is seeking responses from qualified historic preservation consultants to undertake the Town of Nantucket Fish Lots : Brant Point and Cliffside Neighborhoods Historic Properties Survey. Responses must be received at the Town of Nantucket, Procurement Office, 37 Washington Street, Nantucket, MA 02554, on or before 10:00 am, August 31, 2022. The Town of Nantucket will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vender whose offer meets the stated requirements from project experience, sample products, qualifications, project approach, and client references, and the lowest prices. The request for quotations (RFQ), containing scope of work, vendor qualifications and response requirements will is available upon request after 10:00am, July 27, 2022 by emailing procurement(a)nantucket-ma.gov. Proposers must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelors degree in Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a closely related field, plus at least two years full time experience in an area relevant to the project; or a Masters degree in any of the above mentioned areas. Questions regarding the RFQ must be written and emailed to procurement(a)nantucket-ma.gov.
