This procurement provides an opportunity for Massachusetts-based Hospitals to apply for funding for one or both of the following services: 1. substance use disorder medication Bridge Clinic in or near the Hospital Emergency Department with strong community partnerships 2. Hospital Addiction Care Team that provides integrated treatment to both ED and Inpatient Hospitalized patients with substance use disorder. At discharge, the care team provides linkages to funded community-based follow-up and on-going treatment recovery services as needed.
