Item # 1:   ( 93-14  -  00 )   This RFR is for direct services under Office of the Comptrollers object code classification MM3 or M03. To be considered eligible to apply for this RFR a bidder must be considered an organization. Individuals are not eligible to apply. The Department of Public Health/Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (DPH/BSAS) seeks to procure Clinical Stabilization Services throughout the state of Massachusetts. Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) are designed to stabilize patients and increase their retention in treatment. CSS programs provide comprehensive supports and direct linkages for patients to further substance use treatment and recovery support services. The Department of Public Heaths Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) seeks to fund CSS programs that have access and capacity to transition individuals to step down services and ongoing treatment and recovery support services.
