Item # 1:   ( 00-00  -  00 )   The Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) seeks proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to administer the Sober Home Rental Assistance Program (RAP). The overall goal for the Sober Home Rental Assistance Program (RAP) is to administer up to $2,851,827 in Recovery Housing funds available through the federal Support Act over three years. These funds are to be used to assist individuals who are seeking to move into a certified sober home but have no or limited income and for current residents of certified sober homes who have lost their employment and need financial assistance to maintain their housing. One contract will be awarded for approximately $76,049 per year for administering the RAP.
