The Massachusetts Department of Public Health Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (MDPH, BSAS) seeks a vendor to assist BSAS in engaging and providing technical assistance and training to municipalities on using opioid settlement funds effectively and in compliance with the guidelines outlined in the State-Subdivision Agreement (PDF); managing the annual reporting process in collaboration with DPH/BSAS; and advising strategy for coordination of opioid settlement funding efforts statewide, regionally and locally based on information gathered statewide. To be eligible, applicant must demonstrate experience offering training and technical assistance along with support for data collection and reporting to local municipalities on the topics of substance use and addiction.
