Item # 1:   ( 86-10  -  18 )   The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) is seeking partners to provide beginner swim lessons to residents of the Commonwealth. The Water Safety Initiative is focused on creating a safer environment for all patrons at public beaches and pools across the Commonwealth. DCR is accepting proposals to provide swim lessons in all communities throughout the Commonwealth. However, priority shall be given to those bidders offering lessons in Environmental Justice (EJ) communities and/or bidders offering lessons to residents of EJ communities.
