Shore Educational Collaborative is advertising a Request for Proposal (RFP) to enter into a contract with a qualified contractor to provide custodial/cleaning services to its four program sites located in Chelsea, Peabody and Woburn. The contract award will be for a period of three (3) years starting August 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025. Proposals will be available starting Monday, May 9th, 2022 @ 10:00 AM. Proposals must be requested electronically through an email to Kristin Shaver, Director of Finance & Administration, at kshaver@shorecollaborative.org. The requesting party, as part of its request, must provide their name, e-mail address, telephone number and fax number. A MANDATORY conference/walk through will be held starting at 201 Crescent Ave, Chelsea, MA 02150 on Thursday, May 26th at 1:00 PM. Masks are required. RSVP required. Proposals should be mailed/delivered to the attention of Kristin Shaver, Director of Finance & Administration, 201 Crescent Ave., Chelsea, MA 02150 no later than Thursday, June 9th @ 3:00 PM. Contract award will be no later than Thursday, June 16, 2022.
