The Town of Weston is accepting Bids for the Weston Public Schools Water Bubbler Replacements at Five Schools project. Bids will be accepted at the Case House School Administration Office, 89 Wellesley Street, Weston, MA 02493 until 10:00AM on June 16, 2022, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read. Site Visit shall be coordinated by contacting Weston Facilities Department at 781-786-5270. Prospective contractors may obtain bid documents online at www.westonma.gov/bids starting June 1, 2022 at 10:00AM. Attention is directed to the minimum wage rates to be paid as determined by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 and 27D inclusive. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities and to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all bids as shall be deemed in the best interest of the Town.
