The Nantucket Islands Land Bank is soliciting proposals for the management, operation, and maintenance of the 18-hole Miacomet Golf Course and the 9 hole Sconset Golf Course under a 3 year contract beginning January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024 with up to 2 consecutive 2 year extensions at the Land Banks sole discretion. Both golf courses shall be operated as public facilities through a formal management contract which will be executed between the successful Proposer and the Land Bank Commission. This Request for Proposals is issued in accordance with provisions of M.G.L. c. 30B Section 6.
