Item # 1:   ( 72-14  -  10 )   The Town of Billerica DPW invites Bidders to submit sealed Bids for PAVEMENT PRESERVATION. Sealed Bids will be received until Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the office of the DPW Administration, Room G08 of the Town Hall, 365 Boston Road, Billerica, MA 01821. Contract Documents may be obtained electronically at no cost on or after Wednesday, March 8, 2023 by registering via email with the Assistant Town Engineer at hchew@town.billerica.ma.us with PAVEMENT PRESERVATION in the subject line. To bid on this project, Contractors must be prequalified in accordance with 720 CMR 5.00, Prequalification of Contractors. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as Pavement Surfacing (Options) with a minimum MassDOT Single Class of Work Limit of $1,608,224.50 will be required.
