The New Bedford Housing Authority invites sealed bids from Contractors for DHDC 205315 Entry Door Replacement Bourne St in New Bedford MA in accordance with the documents prepared by Garofalo Design Associates Inc. The Project consists of replacement of existing entry storefront systems and doors hardware and related work. The work is estimated to cost $52,000. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A to J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. This project is being electronically bid and hard copy bids will not be accepted. Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder. Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available at www.biddocsonline.com or at Nashoba Blue, Inc. at 433 Main Street, Hudson, MA 01749 on or after 6.28.2023. The bids are to be prepared and submitted at www.biddocsonline.com. Tutorials & instructions on how to complete the electronic bid documents are also available online. General Bids due 7.13.2023 at 12:00 PM and publicly opened online forthwith. A Pre bid conference shall be held on 7.6.2023 at 11:00 AM. Address 51 Bourne St New Bedford, MA. 02740.
