Separate sealed Price and Non-Price Proposals, pursuant to MGL c.30, s.6, must be submitted by 12:00 pm, Wednesday, July 22, 2020. The Town Manager will make an award to the most advantageous proposal from the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
