The Town of Weston, acting through its Town Manager, is requesting proposals in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B from qualified firms for the provision of Electronic Handheld Voting Services including equipment and support staff for residents to cast electronic votes at Town Meetings in Weston to be held between November 2019 and June 2022. The deadline for submission of proposals is 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 27, 2019. Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained online at www.weston.org/bids starting on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 10:00AM. Interested vendors may visit the premises by appointment arranged in advance with the Town Clerk, Deborah Davenport, by phone at 781-786-5010 or by email at davenport.d@westonmass.org. The successful proposer agrees to cooperate in the conduct of a criminal offender record information (CORI) check for all employees of the successful proposer who will be performing work on school property. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities and to accept or reject any or all proposals if it is deemed in the best interest of the Town.
