The Town of Dartmouth Select Board, acting through its Town Administrator, issues this Request for Qualification (RFQ) in order to receive applications from those interested in obtaining an Host Community Agreement (HCA) to operate an Adult Use Marijuana Retail Establishment within the Town of Dartmouth. Based upon current statutory and zoning requirements, the Town will be entering into as many as three Host Community Agreements for Adult Use Marijuana Retail Establishments, and will award one Host Community Agreement for each Request for Qualifications that is published. Failure to be chosen in relation to this RFQ shall not preclude submission of an application in response to a future RFQ. The term of each Host Community Agreement is expected to be five years. Applications that are submitted in response to this RFQ must include the retail sale of marijuana to the public, though you are free to include additional proposed types of Adult Use Marijuana Establishments at the Site as well.
