| Bulletin Desc: |
The City of Lynn, the Downtown Lynn Cultural District and the Lynn Public Art Commission are posting this as notice of a call for artists to create a work of public art to be located at Lynn Mt. Vernon and Exchange Street plaza. The qualifying artists will be provided a stipend up to one thousand dollars to submit detailed concept proposal under a Grant Agreement (exemption to MGL c. 30B.) The artist awarded a final Grant Agreement shall receive funding up to seventy-five thousand dollars.
