The Contract shall be for the term of three years from the inception date. The deadline for submitting proposals to the Westover Municipal Golf Commission, 488 Chapin St. Ludlow, MA. is December 14th, 2020 at 1 p.m. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the Ludlow Town Hall ,Hearing Room #1 on December 15th 2020 at 7:15 pm. Proposers must submit technical (non-price) and price proposals. Proposals submitted by fax will not be considered and postmarks will not be considered. Eight copies of the technical proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope, indicating on envelope proposers name, address and stating "Technical (non price) Proposal". Eight copies of the price proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope, indicating on the envelope proposers name and address and stating "Price Proposal". The Westover Municipal Golf Commission/Town of Ludlow reserves the right to reject all proposals to waiver technicalities, to advertise new proposals and to make any award which they deem to be in their best interest. Copies of the RFP will be available to all interested parties on 11/17/2020 at the Golf Course Business Office - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 9a.m. to 1 p.m.
