There will be a Bidders Conference on Tuesday February 26, 2019 at the Essex County Sheriff?s Department 20 Manning Avenue, Middleton in the Training Room 2 from 10-12. This will be an opportunity for potential bidders to ask questions about the scope of services.
Proposals must be received by email by March 15, 2019 by 3PM to the attention of:

The ECSD may ask bidders to meet for oral presentations and questions and answers.
Anticipated contract award date is April 3, 2019
