Pursuant to MGL Chapter 149, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #19090, for Condenser and Chiller Repair and Maintenance Services. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. Bids are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than April 5, 2019 at 11:00 am. Bid packages will be available at the Purchasing Office beginning March 13, 2019. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
