Public auction of municipal surplus land upon Reed St; Assessor Map 124, Lot 139, containing about .16529 acres with a present municipal parcel value of $20,700.00 per Assessor records. Note, this parcel will be combined with other tax-possession parcels on Reed St. parcel (Map 124, Lots 135, 136, 137 & 138 and collectively sold as one piece). This public auction will take place on Wed; 05/26/2021 at 12:00pm at the Noel Field Athletic Complex at its Joe Wolfe Field Baseball stands, State St; No. Adams, MA. Bidding registration starts at 11:00am. Successful bidder will be required to pay a Five Thousand dollar ($5,000.00) nonrefundable deposit by acceptable bank check or cash; balance of sale price must be paid on or before 06/25/2021, in addition to the amount for the pro-forma real estate tax for the remainder of FY21 and entire FY22 per MGL Chapter 44, Section 63A, and a buyer's premium and a legal fee in amounts to be determined for costs incurred by the City related to said auction and a Deed recording fee.
