Singletree Water Storage Tank and Gatehouse Rehab Bidding documents available at http://www.tighebond.com/projects out to bid.php Work consists of replacement of: the existing roof, roof drains, and roof installation; doors for the storage room and police room; the glass block window frames, small windows and lintels; stairs within the existing stair openings; electrical services and associated disconnect switches; water distribution panel and generator load panel; electrical boxes and conduit in pipe tunnel; altitude valve in exterior vault; gate valves on tank suction and discharge piping; and oil furnace and associated ductwork. The work also consists of preparing and repainting the floor, ceiling, and lower level pipe tunnel, installation of a new amperometric chlorine analyzer, preparing and re-coating the existing case iron piping in the pipe tunnel and installation of a new dehumidifier in the pipe tunnel.
