Supply all materials, equipment and labor. Drain down entire system of approximately 1200 gallons. Safely dispose of drained solution (by State, Local & Federal laws). Flush entire system. Refill system with premixed solution to reach target 30% PG solution. Ensure connections and proper operation of system. Test and start up HW loop.
