The City intends to award to One (1) potential contract to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. The estimated value of the contract shall not exceed $40,000.00 per year. The initial term of this contract will be for One (1) year, but will include Two (2) one-year in length renewal options, to be exercised at the City?s sole discretion.
