The Saugus Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors fro the Selective Window Replacement at Laurel Towers 667-3 Elderly Housing Development for the Saugus Housing Authority in Saugus, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Raymond T. Guertin, Architect. The Project consists of : Selective replacement of 104 existing aluminum sliding windows with new 3-wide double-hung vinyl replacement windows including selective stone sill repointing, ad all related work as indicated on the drawings. The job site and/or existing building will be available for inspection at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 28, 2018.
