Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2017-04 Public Housing Inspection Services. The Medford Housing Authority request competitive sealed proposals from qualified proposers to conduct annual and special property inspections. Federal Inspections are to be completed in accordance with the stricter of U.S.Department of Housing and Urban Development (REAC), (PHAS), UPCS) or the Mass Sanitary Code. The contract period will be for one year with two one year options to renew.
