Bids are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than Nov. 16, 2017 at 11:00 am.

Bid packages will be available at the Purchasing Office beginning Oct. 25, 2017. There will be a pre bid meeting on Nov 2, 2017 @ 10:00 am. If mailing is requested there is a $15.00 mailing fee. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
