Sealed bids for the Cooks Pond Improvements will be received on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at the Town of Weston Department of Public Works, 190 Boston Post Road By-Pass, Weston, MA 02493 until 11:00 a.m. local time at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. Contract documents will be available for pickup beginning Thursday, September 7, 2017 at the Town of Weston Department of Public Works, 190 Boston Post Road By-Pass, Weston, MA 02493 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday [Phone # 781-786-5100]. Contract Documents will be mailed, if requested, upon receipt of a mailing label sent by the carrier company via email to michel.k@westonmass.org. Office copies (Both paper and PDF on CD) of the proposed Contract Documents are on file and available for pickup at the office of Pare Corporation. Pare Corporation 10 Lincoln Road, Suite 210 Foxboro, MA 02035 Contract documents will also be available for download by registered bidders only via a secure FTP site. In order to register, the bidder shall send an email request to (LNeitlich@parecorp.com). Within that request, the bidder shall reference the project title and provide contact information including bidder name, address, phone number, fax number, and email address. Upon receipt of the request, Pare Corporation will respond to the request with directions for downloading the Contract Documents from the FTP site.
