Snow and Material Hauling Specifications and Proposal Forms may be obtained at the Department of Public Works, 49 Whiting Street, North Attleborough, MA on or after September 10, 2018, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. on Friday. Bid packages will also be available online at: http://www.nattleboro.com/department-of-public-works/pages/bids-rfp-and-rfq. Bids are to be sealed and plainly marked on the outside of the envelope and submitted to the Board of Public Works, 49 Whiting Street, North Attleborough, MA, on or before the date and times listed above at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The Board of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to make an award deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
