The Massachusetts Division of Marine Fsheries is seeking services of eight commercial lobstermen and their vessels to bait,set,haul and maintain MADMF-owned lobster traps for lobster population monitoring. A maximum of five contracts will be awarded in LCMA 1 (NMFS Area 514) and a maximum of three contracts will be awarded in LCMA 2 (NMFS Areas 538 & 537) (see Attachment A).
