The Carver Housing Authority, Plymouth Housing Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors to provide Annual Painting Services at Unit Turnover for the Plymouth Housing Authority in Plymouth, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents herein. All Quotes are subject to applicable bidding laws including, but not limited to M.G.L. c.149, M.G.L. c.30 and applicable federal procurement laws. To the extent there are inconsistencies between state and federal procurement laws, the more stringent standard will be followed for purposes of this Request for Quotes. Written Quotes will be received until Thursday 2:00 pm, 9/22/2022. All Quotes should be submitted via email to gmcgowan@plymha.org or delivered to the Plymouth Housing Authority, 130 Court Street, Plymouth, MA 02360, and received no later than the date & time specified above. Quotes may be emailed, hand delivered or mailed. Contract Documents will be available for pick-up at: Plymouth Housing Authority after 9/5/2022 All questions and requests for interpretation must be submitted in writing to Greg McGowan no later than 2:00, Friday 9/16/2022.
