All sealed bids are to be clearly marked: ANNUAL YEARBOOK PUBLISHING - THREE (3) YEAR CONTRACT Complete bids must be returned to the Office of the Superintendent of Schools NO LATER THAN 10:00 am. on Tuesday April 4, 2017, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Superintendent of Schools, the Awarding Authority, reserves the right to accept any bid, and to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities, if it is deemed in the best interest of the School department to do so.
