The Town of Plainville invites requests for qualifications and statement of qualifications for general contractor and subcontractor prequalifications for the construction of a New Public Safety & Town Hall complex to be located in the Town of Plainville. The project involves construction of two new building; a 21,000+ square foot, two story Town Hall facility and a 43,000+ square foot, two story Public Safety (combined Police & Fire) facility and a 5,500+ square foot auxiliary structure and all related site work. Abatement and demolition of an existing two story concrete and masonry school building. DCAM Certification is required to bid on this project. Filed Sub-Bids shall be included for the following trades: Masonry, Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron, Waterproofing Damproofing and Caulking, Roofing and Flashing, Metal Windows, Glass and Glazing, Tile, Acoustic Tile, Resilient Floors, Painting, Elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning, Electrical. General Contractor and Subcontractor Statement of Qualifications shall be submitted in strict conformance with the Request for Qualifications and will be received at 142 South St, Town Administrator's Office, Plainville, MA 02762 until 2pm on 3/8/17.
