The project consists of new 8-inch and 12-inch water mains and appurtenances to replace existing water mains within Norwich Road (approximately 1,580 feet of 8-inch ductile iron) and Tina Avenue (approximately 2,050 feet of 8-inch ductile iron) and a small portion of Court Street at a culvert crossing (approximately 185 feet of 12-inch ductile iron and 8-inch insulated steel). The project consists of furnishing and installing new water service connections, fittings, valves, hydrants, connections to the existing water system, installing and removing temporary service pipe, removing, furnishing and installing new catch basins frame and grate, drain manhole frame and covers and sewer manhole frame and covers, all earthwork, dewatering and drainage, paving, wheelchair ramps, restoration, utility crossings, traffic management, miscellaneous work and cleanup, and all work required in the Drawings and Specifications.
