The Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (LOT) markets and distributes gaming products throughout the Commonwealth. The Premises sought through this RFP will house LOT's central distribution center, LOT's main data center and its telecommunications hub to LOT's 7,800 points of sale. In addition, the premises will also house a broadcast studio for daily drawings, a hotline, technical support for the repair of point of sales equipment, and some ancillary administrative functions. The Hours of Operation of this facility are twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, three hundred and sixty-five days per year without interruption (24*7*365). A number of rooms and functions at this facility require N+1 redundancy by way of two central UPS system provided by LOT and of a generator to be provided by the selected Landlord. The premises are intended as a secure facility with no visitors other than accredited vendors. For this reason the premises must be demised from any other tenant of the building or proposed building.
