This Request for Responses seeks to identify a bidder to provide a hosted instance of the Cascade Content Management System (CMS) while hosting and supporting the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners (MBLC) web/database servers. The successful bidder will have significant experience with Cascade CMS. The bidder will provide all required services, excellent technical support, as well as guidance to Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners staff to improve and make more efficient the MBLC web publishing environment, improve usability, navigability, and integration of content. The bidder of choice will have expertise in all MBLC Website technologies currently deployed, and will be able to investigate, recommend, and implement new Web applications in a cost-effective and timely fashion.
