The Town of Tisbury is requesting proposals to update real property values as part of the Fiscal Year 2023 Recertification of Property Values. RFPs are available on or after February 11, 2022, at the Select Board's Office, 51 Spring Street, Vineyard Haven, MA, or by emailing the Contract Specialist at edefoe@tisburyma.gov. To be qualified for acceptance, each proposer must provide one original and two (2) copies of the price and non-price proposal sealed in separate envelopes and must be plainly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope: FY 2023 Ref.: CS 1-2022 Reassessment/Recertification Program - Non-Price Proposal FY 2023 Ref.: CS 1-2022 Reassessment/Recertification Program - Price Proposal All proposals must be received by the Contract Specialist, located at the Town Hall, 51 Spring Street, Vineyard Haven, MA, no later than 3:00 PM on February 28, 2022. Proposal not received by the Contract Specialist Office by 3:00 PM on February 28, 2022, will be considered non-responsive and will be returned unopened to the proposer. Proposals will be opened at 3:00 PM. February 28, 2022, in the Conference Room, Tisbury Town Hall, 51 Spring Street, Vineyard Haven, MA. A register of firms submitting proposals will be available at that time. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject all proposals and waive any and all informalities.
