A question has been asked regarding Section 3 "Performance Specifications", letter g "Conflict of Interest" - Does a "business" include a lottery organization, or are you referring specifically to businesses who provide services to lotteries? ANSWER: A business does include a lottery organization.

Additional questions have been asked pertaining to this bid: 1)How many remote drawing sites does MSLC have? 2)How many balls will be submitted each year (more than the number used in each game)? ANSWERS: 1) There is one remote site - Norwell, emergency. 2) The successful vendor will test 3 ball sets annually, 49 balls each. All other particulars remain the same.
