The Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries requires the services of eight commercial lobstermen and their vessels to bait, set, haul, and maintain MADMF-owned lobster traps for lobster population monitoring. A maximum of five contracts will be awarded in LCMA 1(NMFS Area 514) and a maximum of three contracts will be awarded in LCMA 2 (NMFS Areas 538 & 537)(see Attachment A).
