The Department of Fire Services is seeking quotes for two 15' x 25' American flags, one for interior use and one for exterior use. Pricing should be inclusive of all additional costs including shipping. Vendors are also required to submit an Authorized Signatory Listing, W-9, and Terms & Conditions along with the quote. If awarded the bid, vendors will be required to send in originals of the above forms, as well as a Standard Contract Form, to be sent to vendor upon award of bid.
