DPH1350E-EC1, The Hinton Lab/Mass State Lab facility, located at 305 South Street, Jamaica Plain, Boston, is comprised of 3 buildings, the Tower, Biologics, and Stables buildings. The Biologics building is excluded from this project. The combined square footage of the Tower and Stables is 211,308 sf. The Project includes among others, the final design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of the following energy measures: BAS upgrades for the Tower and Stables buildings, High-Efficiency Boiler Upgrades for the Tower and Stables buildings, CHP system to be located in the Tower boiler plant, Replacement of AHUs in the Tower building, Replacement of VAVs in the Tower building, Point of Use Steam Generators in the Tower building, Gas Metering, plus alternates.
