This project is scheduled for 120 calendar days to substantial completion and in general includes: Construct the CERF-P Storage Facility as described within the contract documents and specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, concrete foundation and floor slab, pre-fabricated and insulated steel building, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical work and utilities. Prevailing Wage applies to this project. The project MBE/WBE participation 10.4%.

This project is scheduled for 120 calender days to substantial completion and in general includes: Construct the CERF-P Storage Facility as described within the contract documents and specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, concrete foundation and floor slab, pre-fabricated and insulated steel building, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical work and other utilities. Prevailing Wage applies to this project (Chapter 149 Sections 26-27 MGL) - minimum rates wages to be paid as determined by the Division of Occupational Safety. The project MBE/WBE participation goals will be a combined goal of 10.4 % of the contract price.
